What would half to happen for phoenix arizona to have a blizzard?

i know arizona hot and stuff my uncle live there but he loves it but i wondering what would the weather half to do for it to be a blizzard in phoenix arizona i need to knowWhat would half to happen for phoenix arizona to have a blizzard?
As previously mentioned, a large polar mass would need to move south. You need the 540 critical thickness line well south of Phoenix, as well as 850mb freeze line. You would need to have a cool enough atmosphere and surface, with plenty of moisture to work with, to support snow.
I'm not sure about a blizzard but it has snowed in Phoenix in the past. It has snowed in Yuma and Tucson also. There have been blizzards in Flagstaff and it even dipped to -35 degrees. Of course you understand that Flagstaff is at 7,000 feet. All it would take is for a continental polar air mass to move unusually far south and west. What would half to happen for phoenix arizona to have a blizzard?
