3. How is the weather there now?I'm moving to Tucson, Arizona tomorrow, is it nice there?
Tucson is a great place to live! It's in a beautiful Sonoran desert setting with many outdoor adventures close by. I don't know too much about the east part of Tucson but that should be easy to find out. The weather is always nice there, except in the dead of summer when it gets pretty darn hot! The thing that helps is that the humidity is low so you don't get that steamy hot feeling. The job market in Tucson is actually pretty good - of course it depends on what you are looking for.
I can certainly think of a lot of places much worse than Tucson. The only place in Arizona I like better than Tucson is Sedona.
Hope you enjoy your time there - take advantage of it. Look for all the positive things - that will make your life much richer than finding everything that is wrong with it.
