No. The global weather pattern is being affected by the fact that we are coming out of a strong La Nina cycle. While we are officially out of the La Nina, we will still be feeling it's effects for several months, due to an atmospheric lag time.Given all the strange weather occurrances all over the world, is it possible ?
I have been about similar things. It appears to me that weather violence begets weather violence and we have had more than our share in recent years.
