You need to go into the bios to change the time. When you start your computer, look in the upper right corner for setup, that will tell you the key to enter bios.Restart your computer and press that key when you see your screen, time should be at the very top.As far as the weather goes, you'll have to go into that programs options and change your zip code or city.
For windows os- set clockIf you have the time being displayed on the lower right side of the Microsoft Windows taskbar, you can easily access the Microsoft's Date and Time Properties from it. All you have to do is double-click on the time and this will open it.

* (You can also right-click on the time display)

You should check the “Time Zone” tab of the Date and Time Properties to be sure you have it set correctly. You can also place a check by the “Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes”, if needed.

You can also set your computer clock to automatically synchronize through the Internet by selecting this option under the “Internet Time” tab on the properties window.

Don't know about the weather. It is on my start page, so by using the time zone tab, it should do this for the weather? How do I change these two things on my computer.....The time and the weather?
I am using Windows Vista Home, Classic theme. If you are using some other version of Windows, or some other operating system, or even the same version of Vista but a different theme, these instructions won't work for you.

Left-click the Start button.

On the menu, left-click Control Panel.

On the Control Panel, left-click the "Clock, Language, and Region" link.

Left-click the "Change the time zone" link, to bring up the "Date and Time" dialog box.

On the "Date and Time" tab of the "Date and Time" dialog box, click the "Change time zone..." button.

Your time zone probably reads "(GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US %26amp; Canada). Left-click the dropdown arrow to reveal the list of choices.

From the list, select "(GMT-7:00) Arizona"

Make sure the box that says "Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Saving Time" is checked.

Left-click the OK button.

On my computer, changing date and time doesn't do anything useful. The computer is set to get those from the internet every now and then. That could be changed from the "Date and Time" dialog box too (which you still have displayed on your screen if you've followed the above directions to the letter). I recommend that you get your date and time from the internet too.

On the "Date and Time" dialog box, click the "Internet Time" tab. On my computer it says "This computer is set to automatically synchronize with 'time.windows.com'. Next synchronization: 11/15/2008 at 5:56 PM"

Click "Change settings..."

Click "Continue" when the warning pops up.

This opens the "Internet Time Settings" dialog box.

On the "Internet Time Settings" dialog box, check the "Synchronize with an Internet time server" checkbox.

From the dropdown list for Server, select "time.windows.com"

Left-click the "Update now" button.

Click OK

This will bring you back to the "Date and Time" dialog box.

Left-click the "OK" button.

Enjoy.

Edit: You can't change the weather using your computer. Sorry, Arizona is warm and dry. Messing with your computer won't make it any cooler or more humid.
