anywhere in the bay area of california is sunny for most of the year, only time it really rains is winter
Los Angeles, CA has the best weather year round. If you're going to consider the bay area on the list, then please don't waste our time. It's no competition. There's a reason why in all the movies they depict LA as a sunshine paradise... because it is.

I would say it's Honolulu. I lived there for four and a half years and never once encountered temperatures below 50 degrees. As for Southern California, I have also lived there and it can get quite chilly, especially at night and in the winter.
