Because you want warm weather, southern AZ is the only place for that and even in Phoenix it's not that warm. AVerage is about 60-65 in late December for a daily high and it gets considerably colder at night. Average lows are a little above freezing. You'd be better off going to Mexico or the Caribbean if you want warm weather!
