HOT HOT HOT. not muggy, we're dry here in AZ. it's been okay this past week, but it's gonna warm up.
Hot, but no humidity

sometimes it feels muggy, but just for a little while just before a rain
It is never muggy and humid, just hot, hot, hot! Actually, with the exception of about one month per year, the heat doesn't feel as bad as hot and humid weather does.
Only in the summer.. but you couldnt pay me to live in Tempe. Its ghetto...
it's a very dry heat. i would rarely associat the phoenix area with the term muggy and it's not usually humid. we have our monsoon season in the summer and it can get humid, but nothing like some parts of the country. ie; florida, carolinas, texas
Yesterday was perfect didn't break 100 possibly and breezy, today will be warmer and not so good, and tomorrow will be so hot I will be walking around in gravy of my own making and that ain't nice...

So not so humid like Florida or the Midwest but the humidity does come up later in the year when the Monsoon season brings moisture into the state. then you have 100+ degree days with humidity.
Nice and cool, until I get out of the air conditioning, then it's hotter than hell!

Can't beat the winters here though!
