Is texas humid and hot summers just as bad as las vegas higher temperature summers or arizona weather?

most important are market my CAREER, SAFE, WEATHER ( i want summers where it is not too humid and not so hot)



i would like to live by the beach but it's not required

i am thinking of moving to dallas (i'm thinking of getting into fashion marketing/promotions, tv network or concert venue marketing)

, tampa bay(no market), miami (there's a market but it's dangerous though), austin (no major market for industry i'm wanting to get into), houston (similiar to dallas)

cali and ny have major markets in those industries but it is too expensive to live there

somewhere NOT too hold and Not too cold!!

so in the summer i don't want a real hot climate and not real humid weather
