Hello,me,and my husband live in Arkansas rite now ugh we hate it here! Neway we are planning on moving to phoenix Arizona,and we are really curious what the weather is there is it Hot all year around? I love to swim when is the best months to swim? It is not hot all year round, the average high in December and January is mid to high 60's; February is 70's. The best months to swim are April and May, after that the pool water is too warm so it isn't refreshing. Our "rainy season" is July/August which is when we get severe thunderstorms, lightening storms, dust storms, and flash floods.
Most of the time though, the skies are clear with a light breeze. I love to hike a mountain at that time and just take in the beauty. Sometimes the summer months are a little unbearable; just don't drive a car with leather seats and stay hydrated.
I like living in Phoenix but it is getting a little crowded - which must mean it's a good place to live, since so many people want to.PEOLPLE WhO LIVE IN ARIZONA ANSWER!!!!!!!!!?
It is of course very hot during the summer months. above 100 temperatures. During the winter months, like right now, the weather gets chilly, but not freezing cold like in the midwest. Usually gets down in the 40s. Phoenix is the 5th largest city in the country by population and there are many suburbs surrounding it also, so there is a lot of traffic and congestion. But it is cool if you like big cities. It's pretty spread out.The metro area continues to grow very rapidly.

My sister's Boyfriend lives in phoenix (although I live in Texas) ... it's almost always hot there in Phoenix. it got around 110 in November this year!
