Where is the best hospital to work at in Arizona?

I'm a current Nursing student in Iowa. I'll be graduating in December with my RN degree. I want to relocate to Arizona for the warm weather and a change of pace. Im looking for an area that has a good school system for my 4 year old and a hospital for me to work in. I'm not interested in a city full of fake **** and gangbangers. Just a modest beautiful city for me to raise my family. I also want an area that has some green grass and activities that my daughter and I can do safley outside. Thank you for your help, moving isn't easy.Where is the best hospital to work at in Arizona?
The "best" hospital to work for is he one that will hire you. Put in applications and see who bites.

If you want warmer weather you'll sure get it, and you will thank God daily for a thing called "Air Conditioning". Since most of Arizona is a desert the green grass you will find is where it is constantly irrigated. It rarely rains Arizona. Probably in a city park.Where is the best hospital to work at in Arizona?
if you are looking for green grass, may I suggest some of the higher elevation cities, such as Flagstaff?

Also, if you want to be in the Valley of the Sun (Phoenix metro), really consider the Southeast (Gilbert/Chandler/Queen Creek) area for more family friendly areas.Where is the best hospital to work at in Arizona?
If your looking for green grass in Arizona I'd suggest you do your homework before you come out. Money wise I bet you'd make more in Iowa
