Anywhere in the desert southwest. They always have rather low humidity but higher tempatures. Phoenix or Las Vegas area's would suit you
Yuma, Arizona would do it. I have spent a lot of time in Florida and the humidity wiped me out. Yuma is hotter and about 330 days of sunshine a year. Humidity only hits once in a while. Phoenix is similar and more jobs but more crowded too. In Yuma last year we had a few days around 117 so you have to be careful, drink a lot h2o, keep out of the sun etc. Other than July/ August temps aren't so bad. Its about 75 today, solid blue sky and sunshine. Actually it is also windy today and feels cool.Places in usa with hot but not humid weather?
Pheonix Az is the place to go,
also consider Las Vegas, Tuscon AZ, El Paso TX, Bakersfeld CA, Los Angeles CA, San Diego, CA, Orange Co, CA, Laredo TX
West Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, southern California, Nevada all of the climate you're looking for.Places in usa with hot but not humid weather?
Phoenix is good. They usually have highs around 115 to 120 each summer. The humidity is low too. That might be what you are looking for.
