Snow in northern Arizona?

Can anyone tell me if there is snow in northern arizona, or what the weather is like in the winter there!Snow in northern Arizona?
There is snow, but it never gets very deep, except in Flagstaff about once a year. The other storms are kind of light compared to more nothern states and Colorado. It is slightly different than the snow in other places. Its usually a bit mushier. The whole northern AZ region shuts down when they get an inch of snow- its kind of funny. If you like to ski, Snowbowl in Flagstaff gets only about 7-10 days of open lifts. Flagstaff roads can still get icy during the winter. Driving is hard at times because the wind is horrible, and will blow the snow everywhere so it is hard to see.

Phoenix even got snow last winter. It was a total fluke, and only a tiny little dusting.
Yes, there is.Snow in northern Arizona?

Northern Arizona will certinly have snow in the winter months. I've been caught in snow storms in Flagstaff AZ twice.Snow in northern Arizona?

Really? Hmm...I thought Arizona was hot.
Yes it does snow in Northern Arizona. In fact, there is even a ski area there. It is one of the most southern ski areas in North America!
Yes, N. Arizona gets snow and a lot of it when you're in the mountains around Flagstaff or the high plains around the Grand Canyon. Just like any other place that gets snow in the winter, its cold. When it isnt snowing, its either sunny and cold or cloudy and colder.
Yes, it is very common in the winter, due to it's relatively high elevation. Flagstaff, Az. typically gets over 100 inches of snow a year. It's elevation is over 7000 feet above sea level.
