What type of paint is best used for painting outdoor steel structures in hot and humid climates?

I want to build a modern looking privacy fence and gate; it will be in outdoor weather similar to arizona so there will bo extreme sun exposure, and humidity. so what type of paint is best used for that , including the type of primer?What type of paint is best used for painting outdoor steel structures in hot and humid climates?
all paints wil fade eventually, and a lot has to do with just how long before you have to paint it again. use cheaper and paint more, or more money and paint less often.

Powder coating and epoxy paint would be the best but most money.

You cant do powder coating yourself, you have to find a vendor.

Epoxy paint is available to the home user, but colors will be limited.
