What is the communities like?I am thinking about moving to Peoria, Arizona to attend school and study aesthetics, what is it like their?
Humid? bad area?.....the people that said these things obviously don't live in Peoria. The weather is perfect right now! But it's totally different when summer rolls around. July and August can get humid, but that's only when the monsoon storms come through.....but it's nothing like the humidity in Texas, Michigan or Chicago. It's only humid when the clouds hang around, and that's not all the time.

I love it here! our neighbors are the best, it's really clean and safe. Peoria has one of the best schools systems to. The 101 freeway that runs thru Peoria makes it easy to hop on and head in any direction. Peoria isn't a singles scene, but we do have a good share of restaurants and entertainment. The Glendale West Gate Center is right down the street, Lake Pleasant is just north. Glendale which is just next door has the zip code with the most millionaires in the valley. If you are single and love the club scene, Tempe and Scottsdale are more for you.

In Glendale, everyone has a place, from residential areas that house small, working families to urban living in Historic Downtown Glendale to Arrowhead Ranch, which boasts the fastest rising number of millionaires in Maricopa County. Come see why Glendale is one of the fastest-growing cities in America.I am thinking about moving to Peoria, Arizona to attend school and study aesthetics, what is it like their?
I don't personally live in Peoria, but it's not a bad place. It's part of Phoenix, the main place for college student life is Tempe which will probably be about a half hour drive from Peoria. Tempe is where ASU is located and Mill Ave is where most college students hang out. But there's also Scottsdale with a great night life there also and a little closer to Peoria. The weather is awesome. Summers are always hot, expect 100 and above in the summer. Winter doesn't last long, but the average is around mid 50's. Right now, in march it's a little warm already which is about 85 degrees.I am thinking about moving to Peoria, Arizona to attend school and study aesthetics, what is it like their?
Nice place to live except be very very careful if you drive there. The City of Peoria has installed video/still cameras at many, many intersections. If you get caught, fines, points on your license and possible driver training classes await you. This practice seems to be rapidly growing in Arizona as well as Peoria. Even with the cameras, its a nice place to live.
The weather is humid, a few clubs around the area...but u'll be better off buying a house.
